Undie hanger broke at joint with minimal use -disappointed

I bought 2 undie hangers
Used one and and in a few months the hanger just broke at the bend. My clothes line is under cover and used sparingly.
I liked the easy of use but disappointed that it didn’t stand test of time
Seems like poor quality metal and overpriced item!

Sorry to hear your Undie Hanger gave out on you, definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. We’ve seen this happen in a very small number of units from that batch and have already fixed the issue in our next run. Nothing wrong with the materials, it had more to do with human error at the weld point. Our new batch will be one piece with no weld point.

Wish you'd flicked us a message when it broke. We would have sorted you out with a new one right away. Unfortunately, we’ve just sold out, so a replacement will have to wait until the fresh batch lands.

Love it! I brought 2 of the undie hanger. Live in a ridiculously winding area so these keep my undies on the line and no more peg holes (yes, really). Thanks heaps!

Game changer!!!

Bought two of these hangers and absolutely love them. Makes hanging up undies and bras so much easier. Saves pegs for other items and saves time when hanging washing out and collecting off. I will be investing in more to give as presents to family members.
